We received a 25% off coupon on an oil change that included a free car wash so we took the leap while i the area and stopped in for an oil change. We presented our 25% coupon upon entering and were told to hang onto it until the end. After paying we realized we hadn't used our coupon and mentioned it to the employee at which time he told us we'll take care of you next time. No offer to re-run the process to give us our discount. Even the boss standing in the background kept his silence. THERE WON'T BE A NEXT TIME.
