The service quality was truly exceptional. It was after five pm when I called Reliant Air Services for service on my home air conditioner. I spoke with Liz. She was very professional and called me back within fifteen min to inform me that she could have a technician out to me that evening or first thing in the morning. As promised Liz called me first thing the following morning and said a technician was in rout. It was Jordon who got my ac unit back up and running. He was very professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and thoroughly explained everything he did as well as telling me things I can be doing to keep my ac in good running condition.
