I purchased a garage door from Superior 2 years ago. Other local companies in town acted like they couldn't be bothered but Superior Garage Doors was right there to send someone out to measure and the door was ordered the next day. Installation went very smooth a great company and even better customer service. I had to call them out for something I had done, and they were right out there to help me. From my first call I was immediately impressed with a prompt call back and Joey was at my residence the next day at exactly the time he said he would arrive for an estimate. No high pressure sales tactics. Great and professional information presented for us to make a decision. We immediately made a decision to replace our garage doors with them based on first impression. Our doors arrived and were installed with a very professional and personal team. Highly recommend them !!!

I called Danny at Superior doors after getting a bid from one of his competitors. Danny show how professional he was by coming out to my facility to give me a bid the very next day. Besides having a much better price, he gave me the friendly attitude which I liked. Never once did I feel he wanted to take advantage of me. Danny explained to me how he would do things and after getting a price on materials he got right back to me and told me what the total would be but when looked like a good time to do the job. He did call me back before he was to do the job and to let me know materials were going to be late due to the Covid virus problems with shipping. Keeping me in the loop is very important to me. I do have tenants that I have to keep happy. When his crew came to do the job, I couldn't be more please with their professionalism and politeness I told Danny that I would always use them for my needs along with recommending them to everyone else that are in the same business as I am.
