We live in a HOA community that D&E manages There is always a lot of yards with weeds, really bad roads, broken down cars, weeds around the common area, empty houses where the yards are bad. And non residents getting into the pool area and empty houses. D&E knows this but nothing seems to change or get done. Our HOA fees have increased but nothing has changed!

I cannot add plants to my front yard.
I have already did a re -rock and added multiple plants and they died when it got really hot. I have (4) palm trees that I just had trimmed. I think you should really be locking at the car parking problem.
