My mother booked a broker company to move her from Montana to Arizona and Al's Moving out of Lake Havasu took the contract. They failed to inventory any of my mother's item and then dropped it off in a warehouse in Idaho Springs without any record if it and now cannot find her items. To be clear: this company, Al's Moving out of Lake Havasu, has "misplaced" my almost 70 year old mothers entire lifetime/household of items. We believe we have lost all of our family photos, family heirlooms, generations old keepsakes, clothes, appliances, beds, etc. Everything. Gone. Poof, just like that. Beware of this company. You could lose everything and they will charge you money for it. (Yes, they collected money from my mother. She paid for this disservice.) Hopefully they eventually find everything. Otherwise I fear this legal process will be so stressful it costs my mother her life. Due to my mother's occupation we moved multiple times growing up, probably between ten and twelve times total. I can absolutely say that this is the most unprofessional, unethical company we have ever been in contact with. Con artists and crooks. Buyer beware!!!!!!!

Al's Moving Service - Agent For National Van Lines are professional movers. They did a good job they did it on time. All I can say, that they're probably a number one. The best guys, that I ever run into. Thank you.

Yes we did use Al's Moving Service - Agent For National Van Lines. They moved us from Nevada to Arizona. tThey were excellent snd right on time. They were speedy, everything arrived just perfectly and we could not be happier. I think what are their local models treat everybody like it's your grandmother or your family and they just did a marvelous job for us and when they deliver the furniture, again, right on time, as expected.
