George Ripps owner of Fripps Mohave Construction (currently ROC license suspended) and Fripps and Associates Is the biggest rip off contractor in Kingman. AZ . This man owes a lot of money to people who have given him loans & then he refuses to pay the loans back. He has screwed over vendors, subcontractors, homeowners and other businesses.

Absolutely AWFUL. My husband and I found one of his near-completion homes (probably from a buyer backing out after dealing with George). Long story short, I wanted to customize a few things in the home, e.g. have a jetted tub instead of a soaker tub, and nearly A YEAR after being in the home, it has yet to be completed. As soon as we signed papers on our home, it was very obvious that George didn't care what was still left to be completed in our home. There is a portion of the roof that is exposed and George was made aware of it months ago; after the weather we have had, a massive leak in the roof made itself incredibly apparent as water began pooling in my entry way (both inside and outside of my home) as the water was seeping through the entry way walls. This caused a large amount of moderate water damage to the walls, baseboards, door frame, and the items in my coat closet. Unfortunately, I have had to contact a lawyer in order to make progress on the items in the home that are not complete and the emergent situation of water intrusion.

George Ripps of Fripps Mohave Construction is a fraud. He doesn’t pay back his loans and tries to screw over the sub-contractors. He has been sued many many times. He should be in jail.
