First of all, there’s no rating this business with even 1 star. I moved out of state 1 year ago. I called Rotech in Lake Havesu in plenty of time for equipment and supply pick up. Mind you, this was the first time Rotech came to my residence! Never had anyone deliver tanks to me, they made every excuse to not deliver. My main complaint is this… The gal who drove to my home in Bullhead City was pissed because she had picked these items up after hours. Since May 2022, Rotech has been billing my insurance and sending me invoices monthly. I will not pay for this equipment. It was picked up and my account was not closed, therefore I’m being charged as well as my insurance. I’ve called multiple times and no one has looked into the return items. The gal did not give me a return equipment receipt, she was upset. I am reporting Rotech in Lake Havesu to BBB and my Insurance. Make this right Rotech.
